This booklet contains 10 examples for each of the two writing tasks "Patient Admissions Form" and "Family History Form" as they appear on the exam. In the writing subtest, candidates are presented with extracts of varying content that are representative of typical Medical and Family History forms.. Examples of the variation these extracts may take on the exam are provided in the booklet. Candidates, who have completed all of the tasks in the booklet successfully, will have a better chance at succeeding in the writing subtest. In order to keep practice as authentic as possible, the answer sheets (photocopiable) follow the same layout and style as those found on the real test. The booklet also provides a description of the assessment criteria used to evaluate candidate performance.
